Industrial Employee Jobs Recruitment Exam Pattern: Ordnance
Factory Board OFB invites applications for Industrial Employees and Labour
(Group C) posts for 19 Ordnance Factories located in different
states. Candidates who have

qualified Semi Skilled ITI
candidates can apply for Industrial Employee posts. The total vacancies
available in OFB Recruitment are 4110 posts. Selection for this Industrial
Employee, Labour Jobs in OFB Recruitment will be based on written exam and
Trade Test by Ordnance Factory Board. For Exam Syllabus/ Pattern and

Industrial Employee, Labour Government Jobs:

Candidates applying for Industrial Employees
and Labour posts will be shortlisted based on merit list in
written examination and Trade Test which will be held by Ordnance Factory Board.

Written Exam Pattern and Syllabus for OFB Recruitment Vacancies:

Written Exam paper consists of 100 multiple choice questions
conducted for 100 marks.

Part A (Objective
Type): conducted for 20 marks. Topics to be covered are General Science,
Quantitative Aptitude (Each having weightage of 10 marks).

General Science: 10 Questions- 10 marks.

Quantitative Aptitude: 10 questions- 10 marks.

Part B (Objective
Type): Consists of 80 questions and will be conducted for 80 marks. The
questions will be of NCVT syllabus.

The time duration for Part A and Part B is 2 hrs.

All questions will be Compulsory and no Negative Marking for
each wrong answer.

OFB Industrial Employee Jobs Recruitment Exam Syllabus 2017:

General Science: Conducted
for 10 Marks

Questions will be designed for testing the candidate’s
General awareness happening in the environment around him.

Basic science questions up to 10th standard to
test their knowledge and also their observations & Experience in daily
life.

Quantitative Aptitude:
Conducted for 10 marks.

Questions will be asked from 10th standard level- Pythagoras
theorem, Direct and inverse proportions, Trigonometry, Equations in two
variables, Number systems, perimeter, Area and volume of geometrical figures simple
and compound interest.

Part B (NCVT Trade):
Questions will be asked from NCVT of relevant Trade.

Trade Test
(Practical): Trade test will be qualifying in nature, the merit in
Trade test will not consider to select candidates for the current recruitment.

Candidates will be selected based on merit in
written examination only.

Exam Pattern for Labor Jobs in Ordnance Factory Board OFB Recruitment 2017:

Candidates applying for OFB Labor Jobs need to attend written
test and Trade test.

Written Exam: will
be conducted for 100 marks and consists of 100 questions (Objective type). The
duration of Exam is 2 hrs.

Question paper will be asked in Hindi, English & Local
Language.

Questions will be asked form the High School level such as day to day activities/
Existance of human life

General Awareness:

National & International Current Events, General Polity
& Indian Constitution, History and Culture, National and International
Current Events, General Geography.
