Age limits of OFDC Assistant Manager, Field Assistant Posts

Candidates applying must not exceed the upper age of 32 years and must have attained 21 years as reckoned on 01-08-2021. Category -wise relaxation of upper age is applicable as per the rules, refer the official notification for the same. 

Educational Qualifications for OFDC Field Assistant, Junior Manager Recruitment 2021:

For Field Assistant: Intermediate or +2 Science from any recognized board

for Assistant Manager & Junior Manager must be a Graduate from a recognized University in the concerned discipline with respect to the post desiring to join.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary as follows:

Field Assistant: Rs. 8390/-

Assistant Manager:
Rs. 9,300/- + Rs 4,600/-GP

Junior Manager: Rs. 9300/- + 4,200/- GP

Selection Process for OFDC Field Assistant Recruitment 2021:

Applicants who have successfully submitted their candidature will be assessed primarily on the basis of merit obtained in the Written exam , Physical Efficiency Test and Interview.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

Candidates will be assessed on grounds of following parameters:

1.Written Exam:
It will consist of objective type questions comprising questions based on intermediate  level. Marks Allotted for written exam is 200 Marks.

Following sections included, carrying equal weightage (40 marks each) given below:

A.      General English-40 marks

B.      General Knowledge-40 marks

C.      Quantitative aptitude-40 marks

D.      Logical reasoning-40 marks

E. Odia-40 marks

2. Physical Standards

Physical Efficiency Test: This will include running test, details given below:

Male: 25 Km in 4 Hours

Female: 16 Km in 4 Hours

3. Personal Interview: Short-listed candidates will be called for an Interview and evaluated on the basis of Job-profile and overall personality. It is allotted for 50 marks

 Probationary period

Candidates selected will be appointed on a contractual basis of 2 years from the date of appointment which is subject to renewal depending upon
his/her performance.
