from the Indian nationals for the award
of JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) NET and appointment for Lecturers NET by

 

 

conducting an eligibility Test NTA CSIR NET Exam. The test will be held for the Junior Research Fellowship NET and Lecturers NET for the subjects of Chemical Sciences, Earth, Ocean,
Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences
and Life Sciences.  Interested candidates submit their application form
through online from 12-09-2019 to 09-10-2019 using the official website of NTA
@ www.NAT.ac.in. NTA CSIR
NET Test Date will be scheduled in December 2019 (Sunday). For more

NTA NET Dec 2019 for Lecturers and Junior Research
Fellowship Exam Notification:

The candidates applying
for JRF/ Lectureship need to give NTA NET Dec 2019 examination.
Candidates who are qualified in JRF NET will be eligible for Lectureship
(NET). This exam will be held twice in a year i.e. in June
and November. Candidates are advised to see the notification for application
details.

NTA CSIR NET Online applications starting date: 12-09-2019.

Last date to submit NTA CSIR
NET online application: 09-10-2019.

Last date to
deposit NTA CSIR NET application fee in Bank: 01-10-2019.

Required Qualifications for NTA CSIR
Test 2019:

Candidate must have
completed M.Sc or its equivalent Degree or Integrated BS-MS/BS- 4 years/
B.Tech/ B.E/ MBBS/ BPharma with at least 55% of marks (for General & OBC,
50% for SC/ ST/ PH/ VH candidates).

Age limits for NTA
CSIR Net Exam Dec 2019:

Upper age limits for JRF NET is 28 years as on 01 January 2019.

Upper age relaxation for
SC/ST/OBC/ PH candidates is 05 years.

For Lectureship NET there is no upper age limit.

Exam Pattern for NTA
CSIR NET Test Dec 2019:

Test NET 2019 consists of 2 papers (Paper 1, Paper 2) conducted on the same day for
300 marks and the time duration is 3hrs.

Paper 1-50 Questions-100
Marks

Paper 2-100
Questions-200 Marks

Paper 1:  This Part Consists of General Aptitude with
emphasis on Graphical Analysis, logical reasoning, analytical & numerical
ability, series formation, puzzles, quantitative comparison etc.

Paper 2: consists of subject-related MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions).

Syllabus & Scheme of the Test:

MCQ based test will be held for
200 marks. The subjects are listed below:

(i) Life Sciences

(ii) Earth, Ocean,
Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences

(iii) Chemical Sciences

(iv) Mathematical
Sciences

(v) Physical Sciences

NTA CSIR NET Test
will be held at 91 centres, which are mentioned below.

Bangalore, Bhopal,
Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guntur, Guwahati, Cochin, Chandigarh,
Hyderabad, Imphal, Jamshedpur, Jammu, Jorhat, Karaikudi, Kolkata, Lucknow,
Nagpur, Pilani, Pune, Raipur, Roorkee, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi
and Udaipur. For other cities refer official notification.

Application fee for NTA CSIR
examination Dec 2019:

Application fee for
general candidates is Rs.1000/-, for OBC candidates is Rs.500/- and for
SC/ST/PH or VH candidates is Rs.250/-.

NET Lecturer, JRF Notification Dec 2019:

Interested candidates
having eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of
CSIR @www.NTA.ac.in. Before applying online candidates are required to go
through the official notification of NTA for guidelines to fill the form. The last date for submission of application form online is 09-10-2019.
