Age limits of NHM Latur District Community Health Provider Post

Candidates applying must not be above 38 years as reckoned on 01-07-2018. Relaxation of 5 years in upper age is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications for NHM Latur District Community Health Provider Recruitment

Candidates desirous to join NHM, Latur as CHP must possess B.A.M.S. degree from a recognized University/Institution.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed on a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000/- along with other allowances worth Rs 15,000/- included as per the rules.

Selection Process for NHM Latur District Community Health Provider Jobs

Applicants who have successfully submitted their application for CHP Post will be selected on grounds of on marks obtained in the final year of B.A.M.S followed by Interview of the short-listed candidates.

Training Period

Candidates short-listed through Merit & Interview will undergo a 6 month training on a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000/- . After successful completion of the training period, candidates will then have to appear for Exit Test (mandatory) and only after clearing the aforesaid, following candidature will be finally allotted Health wellness centres to serve as CHP.

Probationary Period

Candidates joined as CHP at the respective sub-centres of Latur will serve for a period of 11 months which is subject to renewal as per the rules of Government of India.

Application Fee

For General category candidates, application fee is Rs 1000/-

For Reserved category candidates, Rs 800/-

Application fee is payable as Demand Draft of a Nationalized Bank in favour of “District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society,Latur” to the office address along with application form.
