Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Payment Process:
Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee to be paid in two modes such as online or offline. For KV
School Fee payment student or father has to

collect the UBI Login details from
the respective Class teacher. Login Id will be Student Unique Id which is having
15 digits. Concerned Class teacher will provide the Student ID. By Using this
Student ID only fee to be paid through offline mode on online mode. Complete

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Payment Online Process-UBI
Login Details:

KVS Fee Payment Process OFF-Line Mode:

Fee can pay through depositing Cash in UBI Bank. For offline
payment collect the Triplet chalan(Consists of Student Copy, Bank Copy, School
Copy) from concerned Class Teacher.

Fee will be paid any one of the Union Bank Of India branch all
over India.

Submit the chalan in any one of the UBI branch and deposit
the fee and receive the 2 copies of Chalan (Student Copy and School Copy) which
is stamped by Bank official with signature and Transaction Number.

Keep the student copy with you and submit the School copy to
Class teacher.

Keep Secure student copy which also useful for your tax
returns.

Note: 15 Digit Number is the Student Unique Id with this
number only you have to pay the fee in Union Bank of India UBI Branch through
Cash.

 

KVS Fee Payment Process Online:

For Online KV Fee payment collect the Login ID and Password
from Student Class teacher. Login Id is Students unique Id which consist of 15
digits and password will be students Date of Birth. Fee to be paid online through
the UBI link of “Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan School Fee Collection“@https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/
or can click on the link “UBI Online Fee Coll” available @ KVS
website www.kvsangathan.nic.in. Before payment check fee particulars clearly
and then proceed to pay the fee using Internet Banking or Debit Card or Credit
Card of any bank. It is not mandatory to pay the fee through UBI only. For
online payment you pay the fee through any bank credit card or debit card or
internet or mobile banking.

Process Online through UBI Bank:

KV Fee Payment Login Details:

Use the 15 digit student unique id for login in UBI KV fee
payment link.

For Internet Banking: If you are select the internet banking
you have to click on your bank and then it will be redirected to your bank
login page. Sign in and check fee particulars once again and then confirm the
fee payment.

For Credit Card or Debit Card Payment select the Credit or
Debit Card option of your respective bank and fill the card details and then confirm
the fee payment process online.

If required take the fee payment copy for your records which
is helpful for your tax exemptions.

If you are a tax payer don’t forget to take a printout. For
Income Tax returns you have to submit the your children School fee.
