Office Executive – Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate and must have certificate course on the computer.
Executive Assistant – Graduation with 40% marks and proficiency in the English Language with the minimum speed of 80wpm in shorthand. Candidates should have knowledge of MS Office.
Special Technical Assistant – Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication/ Radio/ Wireless engineering from an institute recognized by WB State Council of Tech. Education.

Selection Process for Office Executive Posts Recruitment in WBSETCL West Bengal 2018-19:
The candidates will be recruited based on the written exam, computer proficiency test (CPT), stenography test, and personal interview.
Computer Proficiency Test:
The CPT test will be conducted for Office Executives posts.
The CPT test will consist of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
The total marks will be 20 with the time duration is 30 minutes (for PWD candidates 40 minutes) and qualifying marks will be 8marks.
Stenography Test:
The Stenography test will be conducted only for Executive Assistant posts.
The total marks for the Stenography test is 20 marks with the time duration is 60 minutes (for PWD candidates time will be 85 minutes).
The Dictation time will be 10 minutes and the words will be 800 words, the Transcription time is 50 minutes (for PWD candidates is 75 minutes)
The qualifying marks will be 8 marks.
Personal Interview:
The personal interview will be held for total 25 marks.
