Chest – 81+5 cm

For Women:

Height – 157 cm

Weight – 45 kg

Physical Endurance Test:

For men – 2 km running – 10 minutes

For women – 500 mtr running – 02 minutes 30 sec

Physical efficiency Test:

For men:

100 mtr running – 15 sec

High Jump – 1.20 mtr

Long Jump – 3.80 mtr

Short-Put (7.26 kg) – 5.60 mtr

800 mtr running –2 minutes 50 seconds

For women:

100 mtr running – 18.5 sec

High Jump – 0.90 mtr

Long Jump – 2.50 mtr

Short-Put (4 kg) – 3.75 mtr

200 mtr running – 40 seconds
