Candidates applying for any of the above post must not exceed the upper age of 35 years and lower than 20 years as reckoned on 01-08-2018. Refer the official notification for age relaxation.
Educational Qualifications for JSSC Jail Hospitals ANM, Mishrak, Pharmacist Recruitment
Candidates applying for any of the above posts must possess the following qualifications:
Paridhapak: Must have passed 10th class with Paridhapak Certificate Course.
Female Nurse (ANM): 10th Passed along with trained under ANM course and must have registered with Jharkhand Nursing Council.
Male Nurse (ANM): 10th Passed along with trained under ANM course and must have registered with Jharkhand Nursing Council.
Mishrak/ Compounder: 12th pass with Diploma of Mishrak/Compounder.
Pharmacist: 12th pass with Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences and must be registered under Pharmacy council of Jharkhand or any state.
X Ray Technician: 12th pass with Diploma in ECG Technician or related subject.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary of Rs 25,000/- to 66,000/- as per the post.
Other allowances/benefits included as per the rules.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus
Written exam will consists of two papers.
Paper 1
Time Allotted: 2 Hours
Total Marks: 100 Marks
Written Exam will comprise of Objective Type Questions divided into sections namely:
- General Knowledge-60 Marks
- English Language-20 Marks
- Hindi Language-20 Marks
Paper 2
It will consist of questions base on syllabus as per the required Academic Qualification for each post.
Time Allotted: 2 hours duration
Total Marks: 100 Marks

For Reserved Category Candidates (Exclusively Regional), application fee is Rs 250/-
