Physical Measurements Test for 36 FAD Fireman, Tradesman Mate Jobs 2018:

– Height: 165 cms (For Scheduled Tribes 2.5 cms concession will be given).

– Chest (Unexpanded): 81.5 cms

– Chest (On expansion): 85 cms

– Weight: Minimum 50Kgs.

Physical Endurance Test for Tradesman Mate vacancies:

-Running: .5 KM run in 4.5 Mins.

-Carry a Weight of 20 Kg to a distance of 300 Mtr in 80 Seconds.

– Lift 20 Kg Ammunition Box from ground level to above head level, stretch hands straight & bring the box down to ground level (3 times).

Physical Endurance Test for Fireman Vacancies:

-Running: 1.6 KM in 6 Mins (candidates will be rejected who have finished after 6 Mins)

– Fireman Lift- Carrying a man of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds.

– Wide ditch & landing on both feet (long jump): Clearing 2.7 meters.

-Climbing 3 meters vertical rope using hands & feet.
