Educational Qualification for IAF Airmen Group Y Recruitment in Indian Air Force2018:
The qualification for the IAF Airmen Group Y posts is candidates should have done Intermediate/ 10+2 with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English Language.
Pay Scale for Indian Air Force IAF Airmen Group Y Govt Jobs Recruitment 2018:
For selected candidates during training the stipend is Rs.14600/-, after completion of training the salary will be Rs.26900/-. For IAF (Security) Trade, the salary will be Rs17300/-.
Selection Process for IAF Airmen Group Y (Non-Technical) Govt Jobs Recruitment 2018:
The candidates will be shortlisted based on the Written Test, Physical Fitness Test, Dynamic Factor Test, Adaptability Test-I, Adaptability Test-II, and Medical Examination.

Physical Fitness Test:
Running: 1.6 Km in 5 Minutes 40 Seconds
Height: 152.5 cm
Chest: Minimum range of Expansion is 5 cm
Bent knee Sit Ups: Minimum 20
Chin Up: Minimum 08
Push-up (plank type): Minimum 20
Dynamic Factor Test (DFT):
DFT is to access the required qualities to perform as IAF (Security) in Indian Air Force.
Medical Examination:
Candidates who are selected in Adaptability Test-II are will be examined in the month of January 2019 at SMC, Air Force Station Tambaram.

Candidates who are qualified in Physical Fitness Test are eligible for written test.
