First batch of 46000 Agniveers will be recruited through Agnipath Scheme. Agnipath Recruitment rules are same as Armed Services rules. Service period for Agnipath Scheme Agniveer jobs is 4 years. But you will be get Agniveer Skill Certificate which will help you to get a job after the fours year of service.

Agnipathi Scheme Agniveer Jobs Age limits:

Lower age limit is 17.5 years and upper age limit is 21 years.

Qualification for Agniveer:

Minimum qualification is 10^th pass for GD(Sailor, Airman, Soldier GD, Tradesman) or Non Technical Posts.

For technical posts (Storekeeper/Clerk etc) 12^th pass/Intermediate

Agniveer Posts Salary:

Monthly salary will be Rs.30000-40000/-

Rs 11.71 Lakh as Seva Nidhi Package after the four years service.

There will be no pension.

Ranks are same as Regular Ranks (Junior Commissioned Officers)

Training Duration and Service Period:

Training Period is 6 months.

Service Period is 3 years 6 months

6 months training and 3 years 6 months service period.

First Rally Starts in 3 Months

Agnipath Scheme Agniveer Recruitment Selection Process:

Agniveer selection is based on certificates verification, physical tests, written exam and medical tests.

After 4 years of service, only 25% of Agniveers only get a chance to join in Permanent Commission.

Remaining Agniveers will be get Agniveer Skill Cetificate which will help them to get job based on their skill.
