Educational Qualifications for Power Grid Corporation Diploma Trainee Electrical/Civil
Candidates intending to join PGCIL as Trainees under desired department must have secured Diploma in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary as follows:
Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil) & Junior Officer Trainee (HR): Rs 27000/-
Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical): Rs 11,500/- to 26,000/-
Other allowances like TA, DA, HRA, Medical facilities, Insurance covers, PRP, Leave encashment, CPF, Gratuity and various low-interest short/long term advances are included beside basic pay.

2. Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical): Rs 200/-
Note: SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serviceman/Departmental candidates are exempted from paying any application fee.
