KVS Fees Challan Form 2019: Kendriya Vidyala Schools Students pay School quarterly fee through challan in UBI KVS Bank. KVS fees will be collected throughout the year quarter fee in the months of January, April, July, and October every year for the respective quarter. The starting date to

pay the KVS Fees is from 01-07-2019 onwards. The last date to do payments is 15-07-2019. Student has to collect the UBI Login details from the class teacher, it will be student unique id having 15 digits. By using student id only you can pay the fee through online or offline mode. You can pay also online by net banking/Debit/Credit card or mobile banking methods.

KVS Fees Payment process through offline mode:

Student can get the Triplet challan consist of School copy, Student copy, bank copy from the class teacher. In order to pay the fee through offline mode, students can deposit cash in any branch of UBI Bank. Students can pay the fees from any branch of UBI bank from anywhere. After submit the challan you can pay the fee and receive the two copies of the challan like student copy, school copy with signature and transaction number stamped by Bank Official. Finally, submit the school copy to the concerned class teacher and keep the student copy with you for tax returns.
