Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Payment Process: Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee to be paid in two modes such as online or offline. For KV School Fee payment student or father has to collect the UBI Login details from the respective Class teacher. Login Id will be Student Unique Id which is having 15 digits. KVS Fee Payment Process OFF-Line Mode:
Fee can pay through depositing Cash in UBI Bank. For offline payment collect the Triplet chalan(Consists of Student Copy, Bank Copy, School Copy) from concerned Class Teacher. Fee will be paid any one of the Union Bank Of India branch all over India. Submit the chalan in any one of the UBI branch and deposit the fee and receive the 2 copies of Chalan (Student Copy and School Copy) which is stamped by Bank official with signature and Transaction Number. Keep the student copy with you and submit the School copy to Class teacher. Keep Secure student copy which also useful for your tax returns.
Note: 15 Digit Number is the Student Unique Id with this number only you have to pay the fee in Union Bank of India UBI Branch through Cash.
KVS Fee Payment Process Online:
For Online KV Fee payment collect the Login ID and Password from Student Class teacher. Login Id is Students unique Id which consist of 15 digits and password will be students Date of Birth. Kendriya vidyalaya fee can be paid through only union bank in all available branches. Candidates can pay their fee either by online mode or offline mode.Any debit card/ATM card or Credit card can be used for the payment of KVS fee.Another mode for payment of kvs fee is Internet banking or Mobile banking OR by using any mobile applications. Kendriya Vidyalaya sangathan school is now allowing fee payment only through UBI only .
KVs fee can be paid through any branch of UBI in all over India.
Challan should be used to pay the fee which can be generated by following the official website of UBI.

Students can generate KVs fee challan and can produce receipt.

Kendriya Vidyalaya online fee challan form:
Kendriya vidyalaya fee can be paid in either of any forms i.e using debit card or credit card or net banking.print out of the fee payment challan is not necessary when payment mode is through online.
Additional charges @1.5% plus service tax is applicable when payment is through credit card.
When payment of KVs fee is done through debitcard or net banking or cash deposit in bank there will be no additional charges/transaction charges applicable .

EXEMPTION FOR KVS FEE PAYMENT:
Kendriya vidyala is providing exemtion for payment of fee for girls,students belonging SC/ST category and Staff children.
However students may be charged Addmission fee at the time of admmmission.
Required Documents /certificates should be submitted by the parents on or before 15th of march/june/september/december in order to get next quarter fee exemption.

Session -2022-2023:
- For newly admitted student:
Starting date in which system can accept payment of KVs fee for quaterly (VVN fee,Tution fee and computer fund ) and Data entry, verfication is 4th july 2020 which will be closed by 31st july 2020.
2.For Existing Student:
Starting date for data entry, verification and payment of quaterly fee(VVN fee,Tution fee and computer fund is 4th august 2020-10.00A.m
And the closing Date is is 28th Sep 2020- 6.00 pm.Fee collection will start from 1st July 2020.
All teachers should take care that all students had completed their data entry and verification at level before closing period.

ANS-Editing of any information is permissable w.e.f 1st may2022.Meanwhile comlplete student data will remain freeze wef 30th march2018 to april 30th,2022.

If payment is made between 16th to last date of fee payable month the KVs fee amount asked by the bank official may include late payment fine which is not mentioned in your KVs fee challan copy.If you are making payment before 16th of fee payable month and even showing more than the said amount in the challan then please consult your school for the same.
