Solider general duty: Minimum Matric/SSCL/10thpass from recognized education
board/institute The minimum aggregate in each subject is 33% of marks and the aggregate pass in all subjects is 45% of marks
Solider clerk/ store keeper technical (CIK/SKT):10+2/equivalent pass in any stream (arts,
commerce,science) with English and Maths/accounts/book keeping at 10th
and 12th level. The 50% of marks in each subject and aggregate 60%
of marks from education board/intermediate
Solider technical (Including aviation/ammunition examiner trade):
10+2/intermediate with English, physics, chemistry, Maths. The 40% of marks in
each subject and aggregate 50% of marks from education board/ institute
recognized for enrolment.
Nursing assistant (sol NA and Sol NA VET): 10+2/intermediate with physics, chemistry, biology and English. The 40% of marks in each subject and aggregate 50% of marks
B.sc degree with botany, zoology, bio-science and English the percentage of 12th is mandatory
Trades man: 10th pass for chef community, steward, washer man, dresser, painter, tailor, equipment repairer, saddler and articians.
Minimum 8 th pass –house keeper and mess keeper

Selection Process of Indian army notification 2018:

- Stamping of admit card
Physical fitness test:

- b) Beam (chin up)
- c) 9 feet ditch and Zig-Zag balance
Physical standards:
- Height of sol GD 160 cms
- Height of Sol Technical is 158 cms
- Weight for all posts 48 kGs
- Chest for all posts is 77/82 cm
